ESRI Virtual Campus
On July 2, 2004 USDA signed a new Enterprise License agreement with
ESRI for GIS
Software and Services. This new agreement was negotiated by USDA through the
federal SmartBUY initiative. This blanket purchase agreement is effective though September 30,
2008.
This new agreement includes an unlimited Service Center Agency (SCA) Virtual Campus
Standard Subscription for ESRI-authored courses,
allowing FSA,
NRCS, RD, and SWCD
personnel access to on-line ESRI software training.
